englanti A decent film that unfortunately doesn't have the same balanced script in all the stories. It’s almost surprising that they were all shot by the same director. ()

englanti The Red Violin is one of those rare films where the main character is actually an object—a violin—around which multiple stories revolve. It's not some wildly supernatural tale, but rather a series of grounded, human stories, all tied to this mysterious instrument. The way it unfolds feels surprisingly civilized and draws you in until the very end. While not every storyline captivates equally, the final segment makes it all worth watching. Plus, the medieval atmosphere with those stunning castles in the background? I absolutely loved that part. A beautiful film overall. ()
