Picking up where the first film left off, the two remaining assassins, Azumi and Nagara, pursue their final target, Masayuki Sanada. However, Sanada knows they are coming. He has hired the Koga Ninja Clan, masters of stealth, infiltration and fighting, to kill Azumi before she can complete her mission.
