Ryden Malbylla (Alexis Bledel) on vedenpitävä suunnitelma. Valmistu yliopistosta, hanki täydellinen työpaikka, vietä aikaa parhaan ystäväsi (Zach Gilford) kanssa ja löydä unelmiesi mies. Suunnitelmat menevät kuitenkin pahasti metsään, kun hän joutuu muuttamaan takaisin eriskummallisen perheensä luo. Thanks to Alexis Bledel, "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" is an incredibly pleasant story of us graduates, who are all excited to finish our studies and at that moment we think the whole world will bow to us. But life is not a walk in the park and even Alexis realizes that stepping into real life won't be a stroll through a rose garden. Anyway, it was ticking away and I really liked it. Especially for the grace with which the film came to the viewer, because that is rarely seen.
