A rebellious, emancipated teacher encounters the symptoms of a disease afflicting Sicily while realizing how difficult it is to avoid its causes. Besides the grotesque arrangements of corpses, only two things will stay in one's memory: the American bomber hidden in the bushes behind the house and, most notably, the erotic scenes between the teacher and Professor Nero.
