englanti The earthy introduction to the hunt for North Korean agents suggests a slightly different film than the one that turns out to be. This is a light buddy movie genre, which is saved mainly by the fact that the tension between the central duo thanks to not that frequently seen dynamics " know who you are, but you don't know who I am" works first class. It´s well-paced, packed with action, a little bit average plot and a weak ending, which lapses almost into Woo's Killer. There are tons of purely boyish tears of blood friendship; but all this is done without thousands of bullets and white doves. ()

englanti Secret Reunion is shot in Hollywood style and is a cat and mouse buddy flick with great action sequences, solid actors and a strong plot full of intrigue. The film is suspenseful, bloody at times, and features plenty of humour, as it stars Kang-ho Song, whom I consider the Korean Seth Rogen. Decent entertainment. 75% ()

englanti When it comes to expressing male rivalry and (un)friendship, director Hoon Jang is simply the best at it. Not only does he provide a lot of really good action scenes, he hasn't forgotten a human touch. The cast is perfect. Only "Shadow" could have easily been on the set a little longer, because I enjoyed his charisma and coldness. It’s not up to the standard of Rough Cut, but it still had that "WOW" effect on me. A strong 4 stars. ()
