Jack Spade, a goody-goody war hero with medals for short-hand, returns to the ghetto to discover that his brother, Junebug, has OG'd (Over-Golded on jewelry). Jack swears revenge against the local gang boss, Mr. Big, and sets off to enlist an army of Shaft, Superfly and Black Caesarlook-a-likes, that is. A black parody making fun of black people and the typical prejudices that affect them. Car-jacking contests for parts, allusion to a lot of old movies or jokes about the length of their privates and much more, and the result is an inoffensive retro parody that is definitely not one of the best and has a lot of weak spots, but on the other hand there were definitely a few good scenes and overall it went by quickly and painlessly. Just the classic Wayans brothers. Average.
