It turned out the way it was supposed to, basically a detailed rendering of the "based on a true story" mode in which the last episode of the series is set. Fast-paced, without an artificially drawn-out movie finale, just as it should be.

Not even the finale managed to earn that fifth star. The carefully built-up tension just didn't hit as hard this time, especially knowing Escobar's fate in advance. On the bright side, I appreciated the inserted documentary footage and photos, highlighting the effort the creators put into casting actors who closely resemble their real-life counterparts (except for Agent Murphy).
