Paddleton is a total downer just from the premise alone, but Mark Duplass and Ray Romano play such compelling characters that you can’t look away. If you want to see what a truly weird friendship looks like, this is the film to watch. Even though I knew where it was headed, for some strange reason, I just couldn’t stop watching.
