It doesn't matter at all that it's the third part. I just tried it blind and it didn't really connect. Plus, the view of super cars, Nürburgring in action, and the German police duo like from a grotesque, satisfied me with a solid three stars. And it doesn't matter at all that there is one totally impossible action scene in the movie, which would rather fit into a computer game from the nineties, than into a Norwegian comedy. But since the Norwegians don't usually film answers to the American Fast and Furious, their roads, beautiful landscapes, and Norwegian license plates on nice cars were quite enough for joy.
