The movie "Happy Love" doesn't really deviate from what the brothers have filmed, but I kind of overall liked what I saw. I was entertained from beginning to end, and even though the scenes with Grouch were filmed separately, his humor perfectly spices up the story. Both verbal and situational comedy work well, and the brothers are still entertaining.

It's a movie about a girl who wants to achieve fame and is willing to do almost anything for it. However, the film isn't as provocative as it could actually be. Some scenes could have been escalated better, more harshly, but the film plays on the surface, beneath which, however, there isn't really anything substantial hidden.

I'm sure that Doll in the Dark benefited from being only 73 minutes long because even so, the runtime is quite long in places, and you can easily get bored at some moments. The build-up isn't exactly excellent, but nonetheless, the creators manage to surprise in the end with a very well-executed scene and the revelation involving Dukken. At least this is what makes Doll in the Dark worth watching. I would skip its longer predecessor The Melancholy Fantastic though.

It's nonsense, it's complete nonsense, but I had the feeling while watching it that the creators are capable of making a good thriller and at the same time knowing exactly when to lighten it up. Without the farting scenes, I would give it a bit more percentage points. I had fun, and it's evident that this was filmed with gusto, even though at first glance it seems like a very light-hearted film.

Lucrezia Borgia in particular is a character from whom much more could have been extracted than what was achieved in this film. It's a bit impotent, and the nudity here is rather modest, considering the subject matter. However, costume-wise, it's interesting, and they managed to capture the period quite well. That's the only thing that caught my eye.

A pretty good, gritty action movie that gives you the feeling that it could really be happening on the streets, but at the same time, it's nicely stylized, so it leaves you with a somewhat quirky, almost caricature-like impression. Ultimately, though, it doesn't really matter; the story is there, the film flows smoothly, and it's enjoyable to watch.

I wouldn't give it 100%, just 95%, but that's only because I believe the original is simply the original, and Travolta was a better Danny. But I have a soft spot for the songs from Grease, I have a soft spot for Julianne Hough, so definitely a great rendition for me. Moreover, I like how they managed to handle all the scenes in this essentially theatrical setting. Grease will simply always work.

I guess I was getting my hopes up - for nothing. Rings is definitely a horror disappointment. Here, there isn't much left to build, it just grows and swells, and I hope this is the last film in the American series and there won't be any further continuation because it could only get worse from here. So much potential to scare the viewer and nothing was made of it. Really, nothing at all.

Snuff is an interesting phenomenon, and many horror movies try to emulate it. Everlasting works somewhat in the style of 8 MM, except here it's about a missing young woman being searched for by her boyfriend. It sets up for a gritty film, but it doesn't quite deliver on that promise. It’s too bad some of the characters were left completely unused. This had potential for more.

Boxing movies are simply good, and Bleed for This starring Miles Teller proves it. A boxer who had an accident but made a successful comeback despite a spinal injury. A powerful story. Miles Teller shows that he is one of the most talented and dedicated actors of the current young generation.
