Things have not been going well for the highly decorated ex-Army Ranger Johnny Price (Don 'The Dragon' Wilson). Framed for a crime he didn't commit and thrown out of the corps, Johnny is suddenly the one man to stop a group of terrorists (Roddy Piper) who have taken over Hoover Dam.
